Revolut, one of Europe’s leading neobanks, is experiencing a service outage that has left many customers unable to open apps or access their accounts. Several users have mentioned on social networks that the platform has been shut down. Also, the company acknowledged the failure and said it is working on a fix.
which happens. When opening the Revolut app, customers receive an error message saying something went wrong and asking them to try again later. We were able to verify this ourselves when trying to access the application and, although at first nothing seems to happen, after a few seconds this error message appears, indicating that there is a problem with the service and preventing us from working normally.
Service failures have been reported in several countries, including Spain, the UK and France, although it is currently unclear if all users have been affected.

What Revloot said. The company acknowledged the issue on the social network. So far, Revolut has not given a timeline for a fix or explained what caused the failure.

Unable to pay. As shared by The Independent, some users claimed that their cards also stopped working, preventing them from paying in stores. This suggests the problem may go beyond the app, although Revolut has not confirmed this.
What can you do for now? Since the bug seems to be on Revolut’s side, all we can do now is wait for Revolut to fix the issue. If you need to pay for something urgent, the safest option is to have another card or pay in cash, which never fails these days.
For our part, we will update this article as soon as Revolut provides more details or restores the service.
