Smartphone brand Realme has launched a new smartphone with the world’s first commercially produced 10,010 milliampere-hour Titan battery.
The company said that it has entered the 10,000 mAh era with the smartphone called ‘Realme P4 Power 5G’. In this fast-changing digital age, users often face problems with a 5,000 mAh battery. Whether it is for long journeys, streaming live content or staying connected during power fluctuations, the demand for ‘ultra-endurance’ is now increasing. Realme has started commercial production to turn this concept into a reality.
The new phone will ensure a week-long power backup, which will free users from the hassle of carrying a heavy power bank. The company has created a 10,010 mAh Titan battery using next-generation silicon-carbon anode technology. As a result, the device is 9.08 millimeters thick and weighs only 219 grams, which Realme claims will balance ergonomics with power.
Realme says the device’s intelligent charging management will ensure that the battery health remains above 80 percent even after eight years of continuous use. To match this battery capacity, the company has used 80-watt fast charging on the ‘P4 Power’ phone and the fastest 27-watt reverse charging that can charge other accessories.
In addition, Realme has brought the flagship-level Dimensity 7400 Ultra 5G chipset, 144Hz HyperGlo 4D Curve+ AMOLED display, and 6,500 nits peak brightness even in sunlight.
The phone is available in two colors – Flash Orange and Power Silver. The company has used the ‘Visible Power’ design in the device, where the internal circuits are shown through the transparent part. The device is made with a combination of ‘IP69 grade protection’ and ‘Armorshell durability’.
